unless you have spoken to an Event Coordinator and booked a date. Making
a payment without actually speaking to our Event Coordinator and
reserving will not guarantee a you a date and time.
This service is for
"DEPOSITS ONLY".
If you are not making a Deposit payment you MUST
contact our studio in advance for an authorization number.
Administrative
Fee
Using this payment service requires an additional $12 Administrative
fee. This fee will be automatically added to your transaction, by signing the
form you acknowledge you are aware of this fee and agree to it's terms.

Speak to an Event Coordinator and book your date

Review your performance contract

Download and print out our credit card authorization form.
When you follow the click here link below a window will pop up
and give you three options, "open, save or cancel".
Click on "open". After the form is in view simply press
the "print" icon, this should be in the upper left
corner of the page.

Simply complete the form and fax back to our studio along with your
contract and directions. You will find our fax
number at the bottom of
your contract as well as the credit card authorization form.
